Job summary

Moore in Frederick, MD is hiring an Inserting Machine Helper to support the Inserting Machine Operator. The role involves handling materials, performing quality checks, and assisting with general production tasks on a 5:30 PM – 2:00 PM shift. Pay is $15.00 per hour with standard benefits.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to work in a team, follow instructions, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 45 lbs. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Remove inserted envelopes in batches and place them into trays.
• Verify materials to ensure correct sorting and matching.
• Apply accurate tray tags to completed trays.
• Sleeve trays and prepare them for palletizing.
• Place trays on pallets for distribution.
• Occasionally load mail into bags.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
