• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in manufacturing or production.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to read basic drawings and work orders; basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production on the assigned shift and ensure SOPs, policies, and regulations are followed.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and support to meet quality standards and production schedules.
• Implement and improve standard operating procedures; identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Communicate material flow and coordinate with other departments to align operations.
• Lead by example to foster a culture of operational excellence and teamwork.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and regulatory compliance across the shift.
• Identify and present recommendations for new applications, quality, and safety improvements to management.
• Maintain regular attendance to meet internal and external customer satisfaction.
