Job summary

You will work 4:30pm–3:00am, Monday through Thursday, in a hands-on environment focused on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement, with training and growth opportunities within the team.

This role provides valuable entry-level manufacturing experience and stability within a dedicated production team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of previous production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety rules, work instructions, and quality standards consistently.
• Comfort working in a hands-on production environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and apply procedures to operate equipment and assemble parts correctly.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Assemble parts and complete production tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Verify product quality by following inspection and verification steps.
• Adhere to all plant safety guidelines and standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support smooth production flow by staying focused, meeting expectations, and communicating as needed.
