Conagra Brands in Troy, OH is hiring for a backline/frontline pizza operations associate. The role pays $21.27 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, with a pay increase after 90 days to $22.19/hr plus the same shift premium. Shift is 2:30 PM–11:00 PM and responsibilities include topping, packaging and sauce operation.

Responsibilities also cover dough mixing, rework and other tasks as needed; overtime and weekends may be required. Benefits include health, retirement, and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Basic math skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination for conveyor speeds.
• Works well in a team.
• Safety is a primary responsibility.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs as required.

Responsabilidades

• Lift 50+ lbs as needed.
• Stand 9+ hours.
• Twisting, bending and turning; push/pull wheeled tubs over 100 lbs.
• Maintain hand-eye coordination on fast conveyors.
• Complete required paperwork daily per Quality guidelines.
• Participate in training documentation for all team members.
• Support safety, quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, equipment ownership and area ownership activities.
• Follow GMPs and USDA guidelines.
