Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Production Worker for the 2nd shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) in Heavener, Oklahoma. This safety-sensitive role performs unskilled production labor at assigned stations and supports operations to meet product demands.

No prior experience is required. You may fill in for coworkers as needed and must follow all safety procedures while contributing to efficient, high-quality output.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled production labor duties at assigned work stations as directed by Supervisor.
• Fills in for other production employees as needed due to absences or production needs.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain productivity to meet standard work requirements and quality expectations.
