Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and off shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs floor to waist with/without accommodations.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, stretch with/without accommodations.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with/without accommodations.
• Willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process equipment and conditions using process control systems.
• Collect plant measurements related to performance, asset utilization, quality, and costs.
• Perform analytical checks, adjust control systems and equipment based on data.
• Determine root causes of deviations via troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting, routine repairs, improvements and preventive maintenance.
