Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our cannabis facility. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and general building tasks, contributing to safe, compliant operations and a positive workplace.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, able to work independently or with a team, and committed to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be approved by state regulating agency to receive cannabis agent badge.
• 2+ years in maintenance or similar position preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general construction/carpentry.
• Highly knowledgeable with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe, compliant maintenance and repairs as assigned.
• Address minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and routine repairs on facility equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintain repair inventory.
• Maintain knowledge of facility systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
