Schneller in Kent, Ohio, is seeking a Press Operator to support the set-up and operation of the press, handle materials, ensure quality, and maintain a safe, clean production area. The role requires reading and following instructions, using a tow motor, performing in-process QC, and recording daily logs.

This is a full-time, third-shift position with overtime opportunities. Starting pay is based on experience plus a $3 shift differential, with additional shift hours available on weekends for

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to learn and follow equipment operating procedures, safety policies, and company work instructions.

Mansioni

• Supports set-up and operation of the press and follows department Leader directions.
• Performs material handling, product preparation, and quality checks.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area and assists with equipment maintenance as needed.
• Completes records for inventory control, timekeeping, productivity, and logs.
• Works overtime as needed and adheres to attendance requirements.
