Custom Staffing is seeking an experienced Press Operator for a 3rd shift position in Sidney, Ohio. This role requires experience operating metal stamping presses and working with large, multi-ton equipment.

Compensation is $19.70 per hour with Sun-Wed, 7:55 PM to 6:00 AM schedule and overtime on Thurs-Sat as needed. Forklift experience is a plus, and dependability and ability to maintain a consistent schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of metal stamping press operation experience required.
• Experience operating large multi-ton presses preferred.
• Previous press operation experience is mandatory for consideration.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined candidates are preferred.
• Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
• Must be willing to work overtime on Saturdays and Sundays when required.
