Job summary

ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking a cook in Tualatin, Oregon, for full-time evening hours (4:00 pm–12:30 am). The role involves preparing meals for all service periods, maintaining kitchen safety, and following HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow standard recipes and production sheets.
• Basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques as required by assignment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill prep lists and food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe work environment.
• Adhere to food safety, HACCP, and government regulations while working.
• Operate equipment safely and report any discrepancies to management.
• Clock in/out and perform other duties as assigned.
