You will work with a small team in the mornings to ensure quality prep for daily service. The prep cook will be part of a team that includes a broiler cook, with responsibilities aligned to maintaining freshness, proper safety practices, and efficient

Qualifications

• Excellent high-volume culinary production skills.
• Team leadership in highly engaged kitchen area.
• Execution of revenue periods.
• Seeking experienced broiler cook, full time evenings with competitive pay in the Uptown Dallas market.

Responsibilities

• Daily shift management, including labour controls and line check systems.
• Oversee all revenue periods and preparation and management of fresh made prep recipes.
• Management of prep charts ensuring freshness, shelf life and proper food safe practices are controlled.
• To produce all assigned prep items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the company.
• Broiler cook responsible for preparing a variety of cuts to the guest's specification.
