Qualifications

• High-volume culinary production experience required.

• Broiler cooking experience with ability to prepare various cuts as per guest specs in Uptown Dallas market.

Responsibilities

• Daily shift management, including labour controls and line check systems.
• Oversee revenue periods and preparation of fresh prep recipes.
• Manage prep charts for freshness, shelf life and proper food safe practices.
• Produce all assigned prep items following company specs and recipes and techniques.
• Broiler cook responsible for preparing a variety of cuts to guest specifications.
