Chick-fil-A is seeking an Evening Prep Team Member to support our kitchen during the evening hours. You’ll prep, portion, label ingredients, keep the prep area clean, and uphold food safety standards while following Chick-fil-A recipes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ due to equipment operation.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work consistent evenings.
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards.
• Strong attention to detail and food safety.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Prior kitchen or prep experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and label ingredients per Chick-fil-A recipes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized prep area throughout the shift.
• Follow FIFO and uphold food safety standards.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment designated for 18+ team members.
• Communicate product levels, quality concerns, or equipment issues.
• Assist with evening clean-up and closing tasks.
• Demonstrate Chick-fil-A’s service culture.
