Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Prep Cook to join our culinary team in New Providence, NJ. You’ll contribute to Signature Dining Programs, engage in à la minute cooking, and create chef-inspired dishes in state‑of‑the‑art kitchens.

Qualifications

• Weekend and holiday work required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the consistent preparation of all food items according to safety and cooking techniques.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and workstation.
• Prepare and assemble high quality menu items that drive resident satisfaction.
