Job summary

FOX Factory Holding Corp. in El Cajon, CA is seeking anAssembler-1 to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble parts and sub-assemblies using blueprints, verify fit and specification against drawings, and document production steps.

The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is not required, though 1+ years in manufacturing or with controls and instrumentation is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent required; no experience required, 1+ years preferred with controls and instrumentation or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience using mechanical inspection tools and power tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and basic computer skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Produces components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies following instructions and blueprints.
• Prepares work by gathering parts, tools, and materials and reading measurements.
• Assembles components and verifies specifications by measurements and checks.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment and proper inventory of supplies.
• Documents actions on production and quality forms and supports team goals.
