Qualifications

• Love for teaching young children and commitment to curriculum.
• Willingness to work closing shift and connect with families.
• Ability to meet Texas Child Care Licensing requirements.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
• Experience in early childhood education is preferred; CDA or related credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, hands-on learning experiences aligned with curriculum.
• Close the classroom and center each evening with care and attention.
• Plan age-appropriate activities and observe each child's growth.
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom and positive routines.
