Santiago's Florida Kitchen & Craft Bar at the Guy Harvey Resort in Saint Augustine is seeking a PM Sous Chef. This working leadership role places you on the line with your team, mentoring and setting standards with every service.

You will coach, schedule, and drive food quality, safety, and hospitality, while collaborating with an Executive Chef and F&B Director. Competitive salary based on experience; full-time, year-round position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership on a kitchen line and experience as sous chef.
• Ability to mentor and develop line cooks.
• Strong food knowledge, quality control, and presentation.
• Calm under pressure with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead evening kitchen operations.
• Cook alongside your team during service.
• Train and develop line cooks.
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, prep, and organization.
• Support labor and food cost goals.
