Responsibilities

• Use a wide range of cooking methods including sautéing, grilling, roasting, braising, frying, baking, steaming, broiling, and poaching.
• Monitor temperatures and food safety.
• Keep workstation clean and sanitary.
• Assist with mise en place and service readiness.
• Collaborate with culinary team for smooth service.
• Follow food safety regulations.
