Qualifications

• AS or BS in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience in power distribution, motors, and controls.
• Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley SLC/Controllogix) and HMI software.

Responsibilities

• Teaches PLC programming theory and labs; plans daily activities for students.
• Evaluates students and manages shop safety and lab standards.
• Maintains lab/classroom equipment and safety compliance.
• Assists in curriculum and syllabus development, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Participates in governance, advising, and committee work.
• Keeps current with industry standards through training.
