Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or other regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors (external) and fellow employees (internal).
• Perform Sample Processing duties: prepare units for frozen storage, collect samples for testing, and assist with shipment preparation.
• Maintain freezer temperatures and organize plasma boxes and documents.
