Job summary
Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Plant Operator for our Easton, PA facility handling medical waste. You will check in containers, verify paperwork, move and unload loads, and operate a forklift to load an autoclave.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse labor-intensive job (repetitive lifting of 50lbs to 75lbs).
- Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screening.
- Willingness to take a 7 year background check.
- Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately.
- Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems.
- Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE.
- Proven longevity with employers.
- Job stability – non-seasonal, essential healthcare service.
