The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (college degree preferred), experience in security or law enforcement, and proficiency with MS Office and access control/CCTV

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years at Broadridge for internal associates; 6+ years for external applicants.
• Military or law enforcement experience acceptable substitutions.
• Must be computer literate; proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams, Acrobat.
• Familiar with access control and CCTV systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; budget awareness.
• Able to work 3:00 PM–11:00 PM ET, Mon–Fri; flexible as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and guides problem resolution.
• Assigns work to meet schedules and approvals.
• Ensures compliance with procedures and safety policies.
• Conducts performance evaluations for staff.
• Inspects facilities and personnel for policy compliance.
• Drafts policies for upper management review.
• Oversees shift activities and associate administration.
• Possesses shift coverage without supervision when needed.
