Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Security/Facilities Associate in Edgewood, NY. The role focuses on grounds and building infrastructure maintenance, ensuring a safe environment for associates during night shifts.

Responsibilities include monitoring access control, responding to alarms, conducting patrols, coordinating office services, and supporting the Security Management Team with timely reporting. Strong communication and basic MS Office skills are required; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required with at least 3 years in security.
• Clear oral and written communication in English.
• Must be vigilant and report security issues or incidents.
• Knowledge of basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, planning, construction, safety and maintenance of grounds and building infrastructure.
• Office management tasks including space, furniture, supply, mail, print, cafeteria, and related services.
• Ensure physical security of the site and protection of assets and personnel.
• Monitor and control personnel access to the facility and respond to alarms.
• Report alarms, badge issues, and security events; maintain logs.
• Conduct roving patrols and notify Broadridge authorities of issues.
