Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a fulltime Phlebotomist for the evening shift in the Greeley, Colorado area. The role may operate within a Hospital Facility, PSC, IOP, or mobile labs and may require coverage at multiple sites.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, labeling, data entry, and ensuring quality and compliance with policies. Flexibility for evenings and travel to various locations is essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license where required and be eligible for company auto insurance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel to multiple locations.
• May require DHS Fingerprinting Certification or the ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receive biological specimens into the department and enter data into the system.
• Label, aliquot, and prepare specimens for laboratory processing.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to department cost control and service improvement initiatives.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers and support teamwork.
