Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy and specimen processing as per location.
• Adhere to Safety and Infection Control practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clinicians and clients, and communicate effectively by phone with staff and patients.
• Handle associated computer tasks (LIS, e-Source).
• Train new employees and students as needed.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance (e.g., NPHS goals, CAP, OSHA, JCAHO, CMS).
• Maintain competencies and required education (ACE).
