Qualifications

• In lieu of education and experience, minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience with 2 years supervisory experience is acceptable; phlebotomy certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise phlebotomy technicians and oversee workload.
• Schedule and maintain coverage on required shifts.
• Help maintain supplies and keep phlebotomy area neat and clean.
• Work with the laboratory manager to provide excellent customer service.
• Act as liaison between lab technical and phlebotomy teams; attend meetings as needed.
• Comply with Prisma Health system policies and procedures; ensure safety and regulatory standards are met.
