You will perform phlebotomy, manage specimen handling, enter orders in the LIS, and assist the healthcare team with efficiency and compassion in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year health care related experience preferred.
• Ability to type 35 wpm and perform 10-key data entry.
• Knowledge of computers and basic phlebotomy procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection following protocols.
• Enter patient orders in LIS accurately and timely.
• Prepare and label samples, ensure specimen integrity.
• Provide courteous patient interaction and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and CLIA.
