Nebraska Methodist Health System in Fremont, NE is seeking a healthteam assistant with phlebotomy responsibilities and clerical duties to support patient care in a busy lab setting. You will perform venipuncture, specimen collection and distribution, and help ensure accurate patient identification and timely processing of samples.
Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of healthcare or laboratory support experience.

Location: Methodist Fremont Health Address: 450 E 23rd St. - Fremont, NE Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Evenings - 12PM Noon to 8:30PM with rotating holiday and weekend coverage. On the job training! Performs patient procedures to include phlebotomy, other specimen collection, sample distribution, basic anatomical duties, and various clerical duties. On the job training. Assists the health care team in providing health care service with efficiency and quality in a caring environment. Ability to type 35 wpm, Ability to completed 10 key Knowledge of computers. Able to organize and priorities work demands and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of basic phlebotomy, specimen collection, selection, handling and storage activities.
