Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• Prepares drug orders from Physicians for review and dispensing by a Registered Pharmacist.
• Replenishes Pyxis machines and monitors refrigerator temperatures; documents actions.
• Counts, compounds and repackages pharmaceuticals using established procedures.
• Dispenses medications and restocks inventory across patient areas and nursing units.
