Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of practical experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Current national CPhT certification and active Nevada State Board license.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging evening lectures and demonstrations aligned to curriculum.
• Prepare didactic instruction and laboratory exercises that mirror modern pharmacy settings.
• Maintain a target 80% student success rate for all assigned classes.
• Monitor student attendance and implement proactive support plans to reduce withdrawals.
• Assess student achievements and provide remediation to meet learning needs.
• Maintain confidential student records and weekly attendance reports.
• Manage and record student grades and advise on curriculum and career pathways.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to instructional improvements.
