CVS Health Corporation, a leading retail pharmacy, is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support the Pharmacy Manager and lead the pharmacy team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will ensure safe dispensing, patient counseling, and immunization services while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will partner with the store leadership to deliver high-quality care, manage daily operations, and foster a patient‑centered culture that emphasizes safety, accuracy, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Oversee pharmacy operations when Pharmacy Manager is unavailable.
• Support immunization services and patient care.
• Maintain compliance with state board regulations and CVS policies.
• Coach and develop pharmacy team to improve performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and safety across all workflow stations.
