Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Personal Care Aide (PCA) for full-time, evening hours. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors in centers or homes, with flexibility to adapt to participant needs and schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire) will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
• Travel to participants' homes and accompany them to appointments when required.
• Observe and report changes in participant condition to the care team.
• Document care and services in Alaya Care.
• Participate in team discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
• Build rapport with participants through kindness and communication.
• Adapt schedules based on participant needs and care plans.
• Provide transportation assistance to appointments, including dialysis and specialty visits.
