Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist on a per-diem basis for 8-hour Evening shifts. Candidates must hold a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license upon hire and have a Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred: 2 years of experience after licensure as a Generalist or Microbiologist. The hospital offers comprehensive benefits and a Magnet-recognized environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• California CLS license is required upon hire.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience after licensure as a Generalist or Microbiologist.

Responsabilités

• Performs procedures of high complexity in at least three laboratory sections, including blood bank/transfusion services.
• Reports to the General Laboratory Supervisor and maintains high quality care and service.
