Job summary

Westside is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist for our Peoria, IL clinic. You will develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients from birth to 18 and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, has completed a Clinical Fellowship Year, and is licensed or license-eligible in Illinois; the position offers competitive hourly pay and a supportive, mentorship-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of your Clinical Fellowship Year.
• SLP licensure or license eligible in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients, from birth to age 18.
• Create client-specific goals focused on effective communication, utilizing verbal and non-verbal skills.
• Provide support and guidance to families to foster treatment practices at home.
