Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide nursing care in the Family Services Division. The role supports children in care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care plans for emotional and behavioral needs.

The position requires working 2 PM to 11 PM, totaling 17 hours per week, with responsibilities including assessment, planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Maryland.
• Experience in pediatric or residential care preferred.
• Availability for 2 PM - 11 PM shift and part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing assessments using the nursing process.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocols.
• Monitors vital signs and collects lab specimens when ordered.
• Collaborates with pediatrician and multidisciplinary team.
• Provides first aid and CPR as needed.
