Job summary

Care Options for Kids in Florida is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides for pediatric and adult in-home care. The role supports one-on-one care for a 10-year-old twin client, with shifts Monday–Friday 2pm–8pm and Saturday 10am–8pm.

Qualified candidates must have a Florida CNA license or 40-75 hour HHA certificate, BLS CPR, and a valid TB test. Compensation includes a $15.00–$16.00 hourly wage, with benefits such as PTO, health coverage, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience.
• Current Florida CNA license or 40-75 hour Home Health Aide certificate.
• Current BLS CPR certification (in-person).
• TB test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF).
• Alzheimer's training – 2 hour DOEA approved course (provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities as directed by RN (hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing).
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and light cleaning as needed.
• Measure intake/output and monitor vitals (temp, pulse, resp, BP).
• Keep records of personal health care activities.
• Observe changes and report to the RN.
