Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed verbal or written instructions and visual aids.
• Strong basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to perform basic assembly operations with attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Manually places parts on circuit boards according to workmanship standards.
• Perform basic, standardized and repetitive assembly operations and labeling.
• Prepare and assemble components per visual aids and specs.
• Visually inspect parts for proper insertion and placement.
• Use bar code scanner and small hand tools as required.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and monitor parts bins.
• Follow safety rules and company security procedures.
