Job summary

Spring Oak Senior Living at Warrenton, VA is seeking a compassionate Evening Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily personal care and companionship. The role focuses on dignity, safety, and quality of life during the 2:00pm-10:00pm shift, two days per week and every other weekend.

Qualifications

Completion of applicable training courses.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to residents.
Encourage residents' independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
Assist with daily routines and activities that promote wellness and quality of life.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, and staff.
Observe and report any changes in residents' needs or well-being to the appropriate team members.
