Job summary

Spring Oak Senior Living at Tri-Cities in Petersburg, Virginia is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver (PCA/CNA) to join our team. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care and activities of daily living, providing companionship, monitoring well-being, and following individualized care plans.

Shift is 3:00pm–11:00pm, with every other weekend included. Pay is $16–$17 per hour.

Qualifications

• PCA or CNA certification is preferred.
• Previous caregiving, senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to older adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to excellent resident care.
