Job summary

Spring Oak Senior Living at Warrenton is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide resident-centered care and companionship in the assisted living setting. Shifts are 2:00pm-10:00pm, two days a week and every other weekend.

You will assist with daily personal care, support independence, and observe changes in residents’ wellbeing, reporting to the care team. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and a supportive, family-like workplace.

Qualifications

• Completion of applicable training courses.

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, and staff.
