Responsibilities include patient verification, safe transport, proper lifting, and clear communication with clinical teams, while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Vaccination against COVID-19 is required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients, specimens, supplies, and equipment safely and accurately.
• Identify patients using two identifiers before transport.
• Keep patients comfortable and maintain dignity during transfer.
• Notify staff of any delays or changes in status.
• Follow body mechanics and hospital policies during moves.
