TouchPoint Support Services is hiring for patient server roles at Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village, IL. Positions include full-time and part-time schedules with evening hours (3:45 pm–8:30 pm) and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections and tray delivery.
• Assembles trays according to patients' menu selections and dietary needs.
• Interacts with nursing staff to ensure diet prescriptions are accurate.
