Job summary

Responsibilities

• Investigate complaints and grievances per hospital policy; escalate as needed.
• Process and document patient concerns in the grievance database.
• Conduct proactive rounds on units to identify and address issues.
• Provide information about patients' rights and advance directives; support families.
