Job summary

Atrium Health Lincoln is seeking a Part-time Nurse Aide I/II to support Med Surg 2E patients. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, and helping keep patient areas clean and safe.

Requires a High School diploma or GED, current Nurse Aide I or II listing, and BLS certification. Schedule is 7p-7a with no guaranteed weekly hours and a pay range reflecting entry to mid-level compensation for the unit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current listing with the DFS Nurse Aide Registry as a Nurse Aide I or with the applicable state Board of Nursing as a Nurse Aide II.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Takes vital signs and height/weight measurements.
• Maintains patient rooms in clean, orderly condition.
• Observes and reports changes in patient condition.
• Assists with clerical tasks such as answering phones and entering data.
• Maintains stock of supplies and inventory.
• Performs Nurse Aide I/II tasks per state board guidelines.
• Can perform ECG testing and routine venipuncture with proper training.
