Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care under RN guidance.
• Implements components of the plan of care based on physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs.
• Measures vital signs, performs ECGs, and capillary blood glucose checks.
• Observes equipment, treatments, dressings, and patient condition changes.
• Follows Hospital Customer Service Program, including confidentiality and responsiveness.
• Adheres to department policies; onsite nursing certification within 90 days if not certified.
