Temple-Health is seeking a Patient Care Assistant for Medical Surgical 5A on the 24HR Evening Shift (3p-11:30pm) at 3401 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA. The role involves direct and indirect patient care under the guidance of the RN, including vital signs, ECGs, and daily living activities.

Certification within 90 days of hire is required if not present. The position is part-time with evening hours, aligned to the 24-hour rotation.

Qualifications

• Provides direct and indirect patient care under RN guidance.
• Records observations, measures vital signs, and reports changes.
• If not certified, must complete onsite nursing cert program within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe and report patient condition and equipment status.
• Provide comfort and safety, and adhere to hospital policies.
