Job summary

Trinity Health in Michigan is seeking a Coordinator, PA & PreService to oversee patient access operations during the evening shift. You will coordinate registration, scheduling, and financial clearance to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service.

You will mentor staff, develop training programs, and partner with leadership to implement process improvements while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and Trinity Health policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in patient access, pre-service, or registration.
• Willing to obtain HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational, technical and clerical support to improve department flow.
• Plan and organize workflows and prioritize patient needs.
• May lead a small team and mentor members.
• Develop and maintain procedural standards and records.
• Lead onsite orientation and support ongoing education for colleagues.
