Job summary

Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Part-Time Service Center Warehouse Material Handler. You will receive, store, select, pack and ship inventory using a Warehouse Management System.

The role requires physical stamina and a safety-minded approach to daily warehouse tasks in a dynamic environment. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 4:00pm–9:00pm, with compensation starting at $21.16 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with large warehouse operations is a plus.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, climbing ladders and working in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material per WMS processes.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments for dispatch.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and perform daily safety inspections.
