Job summary

Graybar is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will receive, store, select, pack, and ship inventory using a Warehouse Management System, while maintaining safety and organization. The role requires physical work, lifting, climbing, and a commitment to reliability.

Typical hours are daytime with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and employee ownership

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in varying temperatures.
• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with warehouse management system process.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments, conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain clean warehouse and follow safety inspections.
