Qualifications

• CRCST certificate preferred after 2nd year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Cooperates and communicates with the Sterile Processing leadership regarding setup and distribution of surgery supplies and case carts.
• Maintains inventory and handles decontamination, distribution, and recording of patient reusable supplies and equipment.
• Ensures OR case carts are properly set up with all instruments needed for the case.
• Cleans, wraps, assembles and sterilizes hospital and Mercy Clinic instruments and equipment.
